MPap and RitaPap |
Endometrial Cancer Methylation Gene Testing

MPap and RitaPap utilize the principle of “Methylation-Specific qPCR (Methylation-Specific Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction)” technology. They detect the methylation characteristics of specific genes in DNA samples carried out due to abnormal uterine bleeding. These tests serve as auxiliary tools for screening endometrial cancer. The sampling process is minimally invasive, the sensitivity of detection is high, and the test results can assist doctors in assessing whether women over 40 with abnormal uterine bleeding are at a high risk of endometrial cancer. This information helps in deciding whether further invasive endometrial sampling is recommended.
