Medical Consultation Platform

Apart from medical consulting for mental health, menopause, and perimenopausal care, AIrMec allows patients to manage appointments, perform consultations through video, and upload data for clinicians. 

Patients and doctors will be able to manage their appointments at the comfort of their own home. Patients can select their preferred appointment date and time slot for their chosen medical department (e.g., obstetrics and gynecology, or dermatology). They will then be able to upload relevant information for clinical assessment such as medical history, conditions, and relevant images. Doctors perform preliminary assessment of the patient’s condition and a video consultation appointment is made for further discussions.

During consultation, patients will have the option of uploading further medical information including up-to-date images to allow doctors to form comprehensive assessments and recommendations online. Doctors may then recommend further tests if required, or routine medical checkup through Bio-AI. This will potentially allow patients and doctors to save time by reducing the need to travel to the doctors’ office.
